The proposal modifies two articles of the Mexican Constitution and allows contracts with foreign companies. This edition also looks at the nomination of journalist Francisco Huerta to posthumously receive the Belisario Domínguez Medal from Mexico’s Senate. Martha Elena Ramírez hosts Voz Pública from Mexico City.

Guests: Enrique Peña Nieto, President of Mexico (pretaped audio); Raúl Carrancá y Rivas, Ph.D. in Constitutional Law, Professor at the National Autonomous University of Mexico; Bernardo Bátiz Vázquez, Former Prosecutor of Mexico City.
