What is it like to report on the drug war in Mexico, amidst death threats, and murders and exiles of colleagues? The subject of the film Reportero joins this edition to discuss his life’s work reporting on the California-Mexico border and his recent book “No Se Olviden de Nosotros” (“Don’t Forget About Us”). We also hear from one of the first U.S. attorneys who has spearheaded several successful asylum petitions on behalf of exiled reporters and human rights activists from Mexico.
