The US labor department is investigating a farm company in Colorado that has been penalized in the past for, among many violations, not paying foreign workers their due wages. This case is raising new questions about the workplace policies to protect H-2A workers. In other news, Denver, Chicago, and other US cities, are seeing a massive influx of migrants being bused from Texas. In Denver, the number of migrants has increased so rapidly that the temporary shelters are filling to capacity and the city is asking the state for help from the National Guard. How are Denver and other cities responding to this crisis?
