Mexico Edition. Pozole: A Feast for the Season.

Pozole, a traditional hominy-and-pork broth widely popular in the Mexican state of Guerrero, is being served for breakfast, lunch and dinner during the holiday season in many homes. Our correspondent in Mexico City spoke with several restaurant cooks about the legends on this popular dish and the wide variety of ingredients and recipes to prepare it. This is a repeat of the original program, premiered on December 24, 1999.
