Business Assistant - Job Description

Reporting to the Business and Grants Administrative Director, the Business Assistant supports the daily operations of Radio Bilingüe’s (RB’s) business office by providing administrative support in the areas of finance, payroll, human resources, grants administration and general operations. This position is an integral part of RB’s business team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks under time-sensitive deadlines, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible and resourceful. This position is required to cultivate positive working relationships with staff, RB’s virtual accounting team, the Board of Directors (Board) and outside vendors. The ideal candidate also must demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. This position is a non-exempt, full-time (40 hours per week) position.
