Parents of Missing Students Meet with Others in L.A.

On their way through Los Angeles, parents of some of the missing students of Ayotzinapa, Mexico, found widespread support among many Angelinos, who came to marches and forums to demand the young people be returned alive, and that the Obama administration stop sending military funding to Mexico through the Merida Plan. The most emotional meeting was between Ayotzinapa parents and family members of other victims of violence and disappearance in Mexico, who now reside in Los Angeles.
