Supreme Court Declines Reconsidering DAPA and DACA

Millions of potential beneficiaries of the expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and the version for adult parents, DAPA, will continue in limbo for now. The Supreme Court decided this week not to reconsider the case and the judicial block that hangs over these executive actions.
