There are mere months to go before the start of the 2020 Census begins, and as one might imagine, the process of counting every person in the country is a complicated one that requires the support of state governments, especially after the polarizing debate on the controversial question of citizenship. However, states such as Texas don’t want to invest in the process. Despite this, some municipal governments are dedicating money from their coffers to promote the census.
