Can We Help Keep the Colorado River from Drying Up?

The Colorado River is drying up, threatening the water supply of the 40 million people who live in its basin. The federal government recently negotiated a contingency plan with affected states and is also paying farmers and ranchers to save water. How serious is the Colorado River crisis and how present are Latino leaders in plans to save it? Ruben Tapia prepared this report.
